    Low Investment Cost

      Because of integration of the crushing, drying, grinding and grading transportation, the system is simple and compact,with a footprint of about 50% of the ball mill system, and can be arranged in the open air, so it can greatly reduce the cost of investment.




    Low Operation Cost

      (1)The grinding rollers are used to crush and grind the material directly on the grinding plate, and the energyconsumption is low. Compared with the ball milling system, the energy saving is 30%~40%。

      (2)Because the grinding rollers are not in direct contact with the grinding plate, and the grinding rollers and liningplates are made of high quality material, the service life is long and the wear is less.



    High Drying Efficiency

     Vertical roller mill uses hot air to transport materials,when grinding high moisture material, the inlet air temperaturecan be controlled, so that the product can reach the required final moisture.The material with up to 15% moisture can be dried in the vertical roller mill which has a wide range of application. Even if using the drying ball mill, only the material with 3% ~4% of the moisture can be dried.



    Environmentally Friendly Equipment

     During operation of vertical roller mill, the grinding rollers do not directly contact with the grinding plate, it has no ballmill's metal impact sound, with the low vibration, low noise that is the 20- 25 decibels lower than that of ball mill. Verticalroller mill adopts fully enclosed system, the system is operated under negative pressure, no dust is raised, and the environment is clean.





    Operation is Easy and Reliable

    (1)Equipped with automatic control system, the remote control can be realized and the operation is simple.

    (2) There is a position limiting device to prevent direct  contact between roller sleeves and grinding plate liners to avoid destruction, shock and severe vibration.

    (3) With the aid of roll-over device, the roller can be rolled out of the mill, and the roller sleeves and lining plate can be replaced and repaired in a short period of time.



    Product Quality is Stable

        The material stays in the roller mill for only 2-3 minutes, while in the ball mill it takes 15-20 minutes.Therefore, the chemical composition and fineness of vertical roller mill products can be measured and corrected quickly, and the quality

    Is stable.
